Step 1 Contact service@accmode.com to submit returning request. Please provide your order number and reason of returning.
Step 2 Missacc service team will provide address for return upon confirmation of your returning request.
Step 3 Ship out your package.
Please do not return the product to address it was sent out.
Please allow up to 10 business days from the day the item is delivered in our warehouse to be processed. Refunds will be returned to the same form of payment.
Customers are responsible for appropriate packing, returning shipping cost, insurance. Unpaid shipping fee or damaged package will be rejected of receiving by warehouse.
Return Conditions
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Returns are accepted on all unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of the purchase date, please notice that:
1. Unshipped orders: We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.
2. Orders shipped: We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. please wait patiently.
3. Received order: Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been damaged, or altered in any way.
4. Not refundable: Last Chance items are final sale and cannot be returned; Custom-order or personalised items items are final sale and cannot be returned.
5. There will be a $10 charge if you fail to return the item(s) back with its original packaging.
6. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
7. Bundled items must be returned in full. Please note if you purchased a bundle, you must return all items in the bundle in order to receive a refund.
8. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to process on all international returns.
9. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
